Meet MARK MOODY
Growing up in a pastor’s home, I was the youngest of five children with two sisters that
played piano. As a very young child I remember praying for God to give me the ability to
play piano and the Holy Spirit moved upon me and did just that. I have been playing the
piano for the Lord ever since. I grew up playing the piano in Churches where my father
pastured and as a young adult, I traveled and played for several years with my Uncle
Alphus and the LeFevre’s. I then spent time playing piano on the staff of PTL at Heritage
USA . Since leaving PTL I have had the privilege of serving as pianist in Churches in
Florida and then in Tennessee.
I am blessed to spend my life in service for the Lord. God has saved me and taken care
of me through the years and I intend on serving Him until He takes me home. In the last
few years, God has led me to East Tennessee and given me the opportunity to serve
Him in the local Church as well as one of the best gospel recording studios. There I
have been able to work in the recording and publishing segments of the gospel music
industry along with the blessing of being involved in the publishing of choral music for
the local Church. Most recently God has opened the door for the ministry of Eventide. I
am excited at what He is doing in our lives and thank Him for giving me the opportunity to
serve Him.
